What stays free?
The explorer, the map, the property sheets, the guide, the calculator and the analyzer remain free. Premium adds the alerts, the reminders, the change alerts and the exports.
How do I get into my account?
With a private link emailed to you when you subscribe; there are no passwords. If you lose it, ask for a new one on this page with your email.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your account. The service continues until the end of the period already paid. If you are a consumer you also have 14 days to withdraw, under the terms.
Who charges me and what VAT applies?
Stripe takes the payment as the authorised seller: it calculates the VAT, which is already included in the €9.99, and sends you the receipt. BidTerra provides the service.
Do you guarantee I will not miss anything?
Alerts are based on automated information from official sources and may contain errors or omissions. Always check the official notice before bidding.
