Alerts service terms
Last updated: 30 October 2026
This is a courtesy translation. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails, unless the law applicable to a consumer provides otherwise.
These terms govern BidTerra’s email alerts service and are supplemented by the Terms of use, which apply to anything not provided for here. Before signing up you must read and accept them; you can save or print them from this page.
1. Provider
- Trade name
- BidTerra
- Owner
- D. Adrian Adrianov Nenkov
- Tax ID (NIF)
- 41032538D
- Address
- Paseo de la Castellana, 95, Madrid (España)

2. What the service includes
The service emails a summary of new property auctions published in BidTerra’s sources that match the criteria you choose (country, provinces, property types and maximum value). Up to five alerts may be kept per email address.
Alerts are based on the same automated information as the site. The owner does not guarantee that every auction will be detected, that the data are accurate, or that emails will arrive on time or not be filtered as spam. Always check the official notice before making any decision. All the warnings in the Terms of use apply.
3. Sign-up
To sign up you must be 18 or over, give your own email address and confirm that you have read the privacy information and these terms. In the free mode, the alert is activated when you click the confirmation link sent to your email. In the paid mode, it is activated once payment is completed.
4. Price and payment
During the trial phase the service is free. The owner may end the trial phase at any time; this will not result in any charge to anyone who does not expressly subscribe to the paid mode.
Once the paid mode is enabled, the price will be €5 per month, taxes included, as a subscription renewing automatically each month until you cancel it. The current price will always be shown before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe; the owner does not receive or keep your card details. A payment receipt will be sent to your email.
5. Duration and cancellation
You can cancel at any time, free of charge and without giving reasons, through the link in each email. Cancelling a paid subscription stops further renewals; the service continues until the end of the period already paid and periods already provided are not refunded, except in the event of withdrawal under the next section.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the paid contract within fourteen calendar days of its conclusion, without giving reasons (Articles 102 et seq. of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). To exercise it, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement by writing to [email protected]; you may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. It is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.
When subscribing, you expressly request that the service begin immediately, within the withdrawal period. If you withdraw, we will refund what you paid within fourteen days using the same means of payment, less an amount proportionate to the service already provided until you informed us of the withdrawal (Article 108(4)). If the service has been fully performed with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, the right will not apply (Article 103(a)).

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the BidTerra alerts service.

7. Subscriber obligations
Subscribers must give their own email address, keep the management links they receive private and not systematically forward or redistribute the content of alerts to third parties for commercial purposes.
8. Suspension and termination by the owner
The owner may suspend or cancel an alert if these terms are breached or abusive use is detected. The owner may also stop providing the service for technical, legal or viability reasons, giving at least thirty days’ notice; in that case, it will refund the proportionate part of periods paid but not provided.
9. Changes
The owner may change these terms or the price due to legal or tax changes, changes in providers’ costs or in the features of the service. Changes will be notified to paying subscribers by email at least thirty days in advance and will not apply to the period already paid. If you do not agree, you may cancel free of charge before they take effect.
10. Liability
The Terms of use apply. For any user, the owner’s liability arising from the alerts service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, without prejudice to cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, personal injury and consumers’ non-waivable rights.
11. Personal data
The processing of alerts data is described in the privacy information.
12. Complaints, governing law and jurisdiction
You may submit any complaint by writing to [email protected]; you will receive a reply within thirty days. The owner does not currently adhere to any consumer arbitration scheme or alternative dispute resolution body. The governing law and jurisdiction clause of the Terms of use applies.
