The information on the site is for guidance only and may contain errors or omissions or be out of date. Before making any decision, and in particular before paying a deposit or bidding, users must read the official notice and its documents in full on the source portal, which always prevails over any data, summary, signal, image or calculation shown by BidTerra, and must obtain independent professional advice. The full warnings are set out in the Terms of use.

6. Reporting unlawful or incorrect content

If you believe any content on the site is unlawful, infringes your rights or is inaccurate (for example, because an auction has been suspended or a notice contains personal data concerning you), you may report it by writing to [email protected], stating the page concerned and the reason. The owner will review it diligently and, where appropriate, remove or correct the content or link, in accordance with Articles 16 and 17 of the LSSI.
