1. BidTerra does not use tracking cookies
BidTerra does not set its own or third-party cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. For that reason it does not ask for consent through a banner.
2. Browser local storage
The site uses your browser’s local storage (localStorage) only to remember, on your own device, options you choose. It is not sent to any server and the owner has no access to it. Under Article 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI, it does not require consent because it is strictly necessary for the features you request.

3. Third-party services
Maps and aerial imagery are loaded from OpenFreeMap and the Spanish National Geographic Institute, and map libraries from cdnjs and jsDelivr. These services receive requests from your browser and may apply their own technologies under their policies. If payment for alerts is enabled, it takes place on Stripe’s page, which applies its own cookie policy.
4. How to delete these data
You can delete local storage at any time from your browser’s privacy settings (“clear site data” or similar). The site will keep working but will forget your preferences.
