Auction Portal of the Agencia Estatal Boletín Oficial del Estado (subastas.boe.es): judicial, notarial, insolvency and tax-authority auctions.
AVRA, the Andalusian Housing and Refurbishment Agency: properties on offer in its public catalogue. Information obtained from the Junta de Andalucía portal. The data is re-used under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 licence stated in the portal's legal notice. Its logos are not used.
INVIED, the Defence Housing, Infrastructure and Equipment Institute (Ministry of Defence): auctions in progress, from its public tender documents.
Portale delle Vendite Pubbliche of the Italian Ministry of Justice (pvp.giustizia.it): judicial property sales in Italy. The public listing data (reserve price, dates, court, description) is shown with a link to the official notice; expert reports and other attachments are not reproduced.

Property data

Dirección General del Catastro (Ministry of Finance): floor area, year built, use and parcel location, from the cadastral reference.
Instituto Nacional de Estadística: municipality register.

Reference statistics

Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda: statistics on the appraised value of housing (euros/m², provinces and municipalities of over 25,000 inhabitants). These are mortgage appraisals, not sale prices.
